Boy oh boy, Halladay would have made a great reliever

Yeah, Mike Francesa would agree to put Halladay in the bullpen, but I think the Jays are glad they have him as their starter. He was amazing tonight, pitching his second complete game of the season. While he gave up 4 runs in the 7th inning, he kept his team in the game and struck out 14 guys. He is now 9-1 on the season and holds an era of 2.77. Amazing, just simply amazing.

He's amazing. I think year in and year out, he's the best pitcher in baseball.

The guy goes at least 7 IP every start and gives his team a chance to win.

9-1 2.77 era and 91 IP in 12 starts. That's an average of over 7.5 innings a start and he hasn't gone less than 7 IP in a start this season.

It's a shame that he's never been in the playoffs. He's a great pitcher.

Doc did it again! NO matter what anyone thinks about the Jays, Doc gets it done. Halladay and Joba? Joba might be the next Halladay so i'd keep Joba the Hut where he is!Anyway, the first guy to have 9 wins unh? Gotta love that. How many wins did AJ win yet for that 82 million dollar fleecing of the Yankees?

There is no doubt: Roy Halladay is the best pitcher in Major League Baseball.
